Educators act ethically and maintain the integrity, credibility and reputation of the profession.
Interestingly, I had the opportunity to help a non-certified teacher in my practicum classroom. This situation clearly demonstrate the need for certified teacher. During our time together, I was able to share some expertise with the substitute teacher as this was the third time teaching for this individual.
